Julie is a phenomenal instructor. She is thorough, patient, encouraging, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. My child had zero sewing experience and quickly (~15 hrs of instruction) learned to make two garments. Not only that, my child has gained enough confidence to continue sewing with patterns independently and is encouraged to continue learning because Julie has taught them so well. I am amazed at what my child can do at home. As a parent, I find Julie to be incredibly communicative, open to questions, and flexible. I also appreciate that her website is clear and simple to use. She’s been great to work with for both me and my child. I cannot recommend Julie enough!
